Viewing booking data
Participants can check their booking status before they arrive. They can see whether their booking data has been entered correctly and whether they have already been allocated accommodation, for instance. Customers are included from the start and feel as though they are being taken seriously.
Calling up documents independently
You decide whether your participants may call up documents on their own via a student login and, if so, which documents. These may include invoices, booking confirmations or certificates at the end of a course.
