During the installation of its new software, a customer requested systematic data backups. Until then, its data was only backed up sporadically on an external hard drive. If any data had actually been lost, it would have caused serious problems with the running of the business.

All of the data is now backed up automatically every 24 hours on a separate server in a different location. If a hard drive fails, the status from the day before can be recovered within one working day. This means the customer has optimum protection without having to worry about the technical implementation. Note: This scenario has not occurred as yet – but we like to take care of every eventuality.
